The space is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and centered around the needs of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.
This location serves participants throughout the
greater West Michigan region and surrounding communities. Comfortable access and seating are available to support individuals of varying mobility levels.

Traditional Rx Ballroom Dance Class
Mondays | 12:00PM-12:45pm
Traditional Rx Ballroom Dance classes combine foundational movement exercises with ballroom dance patterns to support:
• Balance and coordination
• Rhythm and musicality
• Posture and body awareness
• Memory and cognitive engagement
• Social connection and confidence
Participants work on movement skills while enjoying the artistry and rhythm of ballroom dance in a supportive group environment.
