Dr. Richard (Dick) Graham, a Neurologist, brings his decades of expertise and philanthropy to the organization. Outside of his own practice, he has extensive volunteer experience with numerous other nonprofit and humanitarian organizations.

James F. Roberts is an estate-planning attorney and a California State Bar–certified specialist with decades of experience helping families protect their legacies. He brings extensive nonprofit board leadership, community service, and organizational governance experience to Rx Ballroom Dance.

True brings valuable knowledge and insight to the Rx Ballroom board as a medical physician with over 30 years of training and experience in the hospital. She currently serves as the Medical Director of the Emergency Department of Garden Grove Hospital and the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a board member of the Garden Grove Community Foundation. True has a particular interest in Geriatrics and takes care of Hospice and Palliative patients in their homes when she’s not in the Emergency Department.

Lynda Zadra-Symes is a nationally recognized intellectual-property attorney and litigation partner at Knobbe Martens. As a founding board member and current advisor, she contributes extensive legal, leadership, and nonprofit governance experience to Rx Ballroom Dance.

Jeannine is a Certified Financial Planner™, Financial Advisor and co-founder of The MacArthur Group at Morgan Stanley. Collaborating with her teammates, she has dedicated her career to serving the specialized needs of successful professionals, business leaders and families for more than 30 years.

As an amateur ballroom dancer, Jeannine understands first-hand the joy, friendships, challenges and personal fulfillment that dancing offers. She is grateful to Rx Ballroom Dance for the opportunity to help bring these benefits and more to people confronting neurological conditions. She is happy to contribute her experience with other non-profits along with her time and energy to this most worthy cause that is so close to her heart.

Dr. Audrey Schwarzbein is an ophthalmologist who brings decades of medical expertise and a strong commitment to philanthropy to Rx Ballroom Dance. Her extensive involvement with nonprofit and humanitarian organizations supports the organization’s mission and continued growth.

Dr. Debra Hill, MD, a Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst, has been in solo Private Practice for over 35 years. Specializing not only in Adult Psychiatry, but also Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, she has focused on the individual as a whole through an Integrative/Functional Medicine approach to her patients. She has always searched for the drivers of her patient’s problems from the biologic, to the psychosocial, developmental, soulful, and lifestyle point of view.

Through her passions for scuba diving and ballroom dance, Debra has a deep appreciation for how physical activities can open the mind, body and soul to personal growth, healing and recovery. She has served on many Boards in leadership capacities through the years, and presently is the President of the UCI School of Medicine Alumni Association, and also serves as the Speaker Coordinator on the Board of the South Orange County Scuba Diving Club. She is very excited to be a part of Rx Ballroom in its endeavor to preserve and enhance the quality of life for people who are confronting neurological conditions through dance.

Cathy is a retired flight attendant with United Airlines and a passionate amateur dance. She has a love of philanthropy and volunteering and has been especially impacted in supporting close friends with Parkinson's disease and dementia. She is excited to combine her love of dance with supporting others with neurodegenerative diseases.

Cher is the owner of CJ Holmes Design and has a lifetime of experience in both fashion and interior design. Her love of the arts is what connected her to a love of ballroom dance. She is passionate about utilizing ballroom as a therapy to improve joy and health.

Dr. Brianna Leyden is a Pediatric Hospitalist at Children's Hospital of Orange County and former resident physician at Phoenix Children's. Brianna has a background in dance a passion for combining medicine and dance therapy to improve patient health.

Patti Putzbach serves on the Rx Ballroom Dance Board of Directors and brings a remarkable blend of operational expertise, heart, and dedication to community service. As the Chief Operating Officer at The Elizabeth Hospice in San Diego County, Patti oversees critical functions including clinical operations, admissions, education, and compliance, drawing on more than 25 years of leadership in hospice and palliative care.
In her role with Rx Ballroom Dance, Patti champions the organization’s mission to bring healing, connection, and joy through dance. Known for her thoughtful leadership and compassionate spirit, she supports program growth and organizational integrity with the same care she brings to every aspect of her professional life. Whether she’s advocating for adaptive classes or cheering on dancers at events, Patti’s kindness, energy, and belief in the power of movement inspire everyone she meets.
