Rx Ballroom Dance at Dance Headquarters offers specialized movement and ballroom dance classes designed to support individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and other movement or neurological conditions.
Class Description
Our program combines the structure and artistry of ballroom dance with movement strategies that help improve balance, posture, coordination, mobility, and cognitive engagement.
Participants work on foundational movement skills that support everyday mobility, including:

• Weight transfer and rotation
• Rhythm and coordination
• Cognitive engagement through dance patterns
